Delivery Policy

All Orders received before 2 pm will be dispatched same day.

All Orders received after 2 pm will be dispatched next working day. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Upon receipt of your order, our Picking Team will process it as promptly as possible. Should any items be unavailable, a member of our Sales Team will contact you by phone or email to inform you. In such cases, we can offer suitable alternative products or proceed with dispatching the remaining items, or cancelling the affected items, according to your preference.

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock levels across our extensive product range; however, occasional shortages may occur due to high order volumes. Once your order has been fully processed and payment has been received in full, your parcel will be dispatched for delivery, typically on the next working day. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
